XORELI1. Seller
Orders are processed by our online reseller, who is the merchant of record for the sale and handles payment, invoicing and sales tax. The software is licensed by Doxoreli, Istanbul, Türkiye under the EULA.
2. Licences
A licence is for one ship for one year from purchase, for the plan bought (Basic, AI Standard, AI Pro). It includes updates, rule data and notices released during that year.
3. AI credits
AI plans include a yearly number of AI credits. Credits are used as described on the pricing page, renew at the start of each licence year and do not carry over. AI functions need an internet connection and depend on the AI provider being available.
4. Delivery
The licence key is sent by email. The software is downloaded from doxoreli.com.
5. Renewal
Licences do not renew automatically unless you choose a subscription at checkout. We remind you before the end of the licence year.

7. Responsibility
MasterMind is a decision-support tool. The master remains responsible for checking results against the ship's documents, official charts and publications and the applicable rules. See the EULA for warranty and liability.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
