1. Website
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics that identify you. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
2. The MasterMind program
- Your data stays on your computer. Letters, records, voyage files, notes and settings are stored locally and encrypted with your password. We have no access to them.
- Licence check: the program sends the licence key, a computer code derived from Windows (not personal data) and the program version, to activate and renew the licence and to offer updates and notices.
- AI functions (AI plans): text or files you choose to send to an AI function pass through our licence server to the AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the answer. We count usage per licence; we do not store the content. The AI provider processes it under its own terms and does not use it to train models under its commercial terms.
3. Purchases
Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the seller of record and handles payment details and tax. We receive the name, company, email, country and plan needed to issue and support the licence.
4. Emails
When you write to us we keep the correspondence to answer and support you.
5. Retention
Licence and purchase records are kept for the duration of the licence and as required by tax law. You can ask us to delete other data.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion by writing to info@doxoreli.com. Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR apply.
