- Every licence can be tried free for 15 days before buying.
- If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of a licence. Write to sales@doxoreli.com with your order number.
- Renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if the licence has not been used after renewal.
- For AI plans, a refund after substantial use of AI credits may be reduced by the credits used.
- When a refund is made, the licence key is deactivated.
- Refunds are paid by the payment provider to the original payment method.
